Image-only messages handled cleanly
When a patient sends a photo without text, the AI now processes it instead of bailing.
Patients sometimes send a photo with no accompanying text — an X-ray, a screenshot of a prescription, a picture of a swollen knee. Previously, an empty-text message could trip up the conversation handler.
Fixed. The AI now treats an image-only message as the message and responds appropriately, whether that’s answering a question about the image or routing it to the right human.
