Adjust the tone and cadence of how Routiq reaches lapsed patients to match your practice voice.
Routiq has long handled re-engagement — gently nudging patients who haven’t booked in a while. What was missing was control: every clinic has its own voice, and a message that lands well from a sports physio sounds off coming from a paediatric clinic.
You can now customise the message templates, the tone, and the cadence (how soon after a lapse, how many touches, how long between them). Defaults remain warm and professional, but they’re defaults — not a ceiling.
