Voice AI handles interruptions gracefully
When patients interrupt the AI mid-sentence, it no longer repeats itself awkwardly.
Real phone conversations are full of overlap — patients interrupt, talk over, finish a thought late. The voice agent used to handle this stiffly, sometimes repeating the sentence the patient had just spoken over.
Fixed. The AI now treats an interruption the way a human receptionist would: stop, listen, respond to what was actually said. Smoother conversations, fewer awkward replays.
