Multi-location practice support
Routiq now handles practices with practitioners across multiple physical sites, including travel buffers between locations.
If your practice runs across more than one site — and especially if your practitioners move between them — Routiq now models that natively. The AI knows which practitioner works at which location on which day, and won’t offer a patient an impossible booking (e.g. Tuesday in Mosman when the practitioner is at Dee Why all day).
For practitioners who do move between sites, the system also respects realistic travel buffers. Back-to-back appointments at different clinics no longer collide; the AI factors in commute time when offering slots.
Behind the scenes this involved a fair amount of work modelling practitioner-location priority lists, recognising same-clinic alternatives over cross-clinic ones, and a few defensive rules for when a patient mentions a practitioner but not a clinic (or vice versa). The end result is straightforward: bookings happen where they actually can happen.
